摘　　要：在分析发展食品冷链物流迫切性的基础上,又进一步从产业发展、人才和设备现状,以及运作和管理方面对我国食品冷链物流的现状进行分析,从而提出了我国发展食品冷链物流的相关措施。Based on analyzing the urgency of developing food cold chain logistics,this study further reviews its current situation from the view point of industrial development, personnel and equipment status, and operation and management. Consequently,we prescribe relevant measures for the developing China＇s food cold chain logistics.
