摘　　要：供应物流对于零售供应链核心企业起着至关重要的作用,供应物流管理的好坏直接影响供应链各节点企业的竞争优势。运用TRIZ理论中九屏幕法分析研究沃尔玛公司供应物流管理模式,为其它核心企业提供借鉴对策,即一体化的管理方式和先进的信息技术相结合,从而使整个供应链实现信息共享,降低物流成本,提高供应链的整体利润。Supply logistics plays a vital role in core enterprise in retail supply chain, which has a direct impact on competitive advantage of supply chain.This article studies supply logistics management model of Wal-Mart Stores by using nine screen method in TRIZ.It provides references for the other core enterprises, namely the integrated management methods and advanced information technology.It can achieve information sharing to reduce logistics cost and improve the whole profit of supply chain.
