摘　　要：职业教育集团以实现资源共享为基础,以互惠共赢为原则,使校企之间、校校之间的合作更具制度化,其中教师资源共享是解决职教集团教师资源不平衡的一个重要的解决办法。文中探讨了湖北物流职业教育集团教师资源共享的具体问题,重点是教师资源共享中常见瓶颈和具体措施。The basis of the vocational education group is resource sharing,and the principle is mutual benefit and win-win,make cooperation more institutionalized between Universities and enterprises,and between the universities,Which teachers resources sharing is an important part of the solution to vocational education group resources imbalance.This article discusses specific issues of the teachers sharing in Hubei logistics vocational education group,the focus is on the teacher resources sharing common bottlenecks and specific measures.
