摘　　要：唇腭裂术前矫治是唇腭裂序列治疗重要的一部分,目前有多种术前矫治方法和矫治器,包括唇粘连术、弹性绷带加压、Hotz夹板、Latham矫治器、鼻—牙槽突矫治器、鼻畸形口外矫治器等。本文就唇腭裂术前矫治治疗的研究现状作一综述。Pre-surgical orthopedic treatment is an important part of the serial therapy tor clett lip and palate, there are multiple preoperative treatment methods and appliances, including lip surgery adhesions, elastic bandage pressure, Hotz plywood, Latham appliance, nose-alveolar appliance and nasal deformities extraoral appliances, etc. In this paper, research status of presurgical orthopedic treatment of cleft lip and palate are reviewed.
