外伤性睫状体解离复位手术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察外伤性睫状体解离复位手术治疗的临床效果。方法收集外伤性睫状体脱离18例（18只眼）。男14例，女4例。年龄12～62岁，平均（36．17±3．25）岁，病程最短3h，最长6个月，平均（54．19±5．63）d。均采用睫状体缝合复位手术治疗。术后随访时间2～18个月，平均（9．2±1．76）月。结果复查到17例，14例术后虽睫状体复位良好，眼压恢复正常；2例因合并其他复杂眼外伤，前房角检查受限；1例手术后虽睫状体复位，但眼压持续低于正常。16例视力较术前不同程度提高和改善。结论睫状体缝合复位术是外伤性睫状体解离的有效治疗方法；手术时机选择是对视力最终恢复的一项重要影响因素。Objective To observe the clinical effect of reduction surgery for traumatic dialysis of cyliary body. Methods A series of 18 eyes of 18 patients diagnosed with traumatic dialysis of cyliary body were collected of which there were 14 male patients and 4 female patients aged between 12-62 years old. The shortest and longest disease durations were 3 hour and 6 months. Direct cyclopexy was adopted to treat the patient, and postoperative follow-up time was 2-18 months with average （9.2 ± 1.76） months. Results Of 17 eyes reexamined, 14 eyes proved to have good ciliary body reattachment and normal intraocular pressure, 2 eyes were prevented from chamber angle examination due to other complicated ocular trauma, and 1 eye was noticed that ciliary body was restored, while intraocular pressure was below normal. The vision of 16 eyes was improved to different extent. Conclusion Cyclopexy is an effective treatment for traumatic dialysis of cyliary body, meanwhile, timing of operation acts as an important influencing factor on the recovery of final visual acuity.
