摘 要:目的探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)在多发巩膜栗刺异物摘出术中的作用及应用。方法回顾性分析多发巩膜栗刺异物42例(42眼)。经过UBM检查确诊为多发巩膜异物,手术后证实为栗刺。结果42例多发巩膜栗刺异物在超声生物显微镜定位及引导下全部摘出,无巩膜坏死、穿孔或眼内炎发生。结论超声生物显微镜能及时、尽早发现并定位植物性巩膜异物,并可在其引导下行巩膜异物摘出术。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound biomicroscopy on the multiple seleral chestnut thorn foreign bodies removing. Methods A retrospective analysis of multiple scleral chestnut thorn foreign bodies in 42 eyes of 42 patients. After confirming the diagnosis of multiple foreign bodies of sclera with ultrasound biomicroscope, the chestnut thorn was confirmed by the operation. Results Multiple scleral chestnut thorn foreign bodies were removed in 42 patients under the locating and guiding of ultrasound biomicroscope and no scleral necrosis, perforation or endophthalmitis occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound biomicroscopy can timely detect and locate the plant sclera foreign bodies, and the foreign bodies can be removed under the guidance of the UBM.
