切眉眼轮匝肌悬吊术在上睑松弛治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨切眉眼轮匝肌悬吊手术解决眼睑松弛，眼眉下垂所致的容貌老态，改善眼眉部整体形态，使之年轻化。方法采用切眉眼轮匝肌骨膜悬吊术矫正不同程度的上睑松弛，对上睑臃肿或凹陷严重者，采用选择性脂肪去除或皮肤软组织填充的方法治疗。结果全部80例（160眼）均I期愈合，局部功能改善及美容效果明显，眼睑与面部外观协调。结论此手术解剖层次清楚、松解彻底、损伤小、恢复快、并发症少，对矫正中老年上睑松弛可取得较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate orbicularis oculi muscle suspension through eyebrow incision to improve the aging face caused by senile blepharochalasis and ptosis of eyebrow. Methods Different degrees of blepharochalasis was corrected by using orbicularis oculi muscle suspension through eyebrow incision. Selective removal of fat or soft skin tissue filling was performed to treat severe bloated upper eyelid or sag. Results All 80 cases （ 160 eyes） primarily healed with the improvement of regional function and cosmetic effect which were coordinating with facial structure. Conclusion This simple practical method had advantages of clear anatomical structure, complete release, less injury, few complications, and quick recovery.
