创业战略态势、国际学习与国际创业绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：基于136份新创企业的调研样本,探究了创业战略态势、国际学习和国际创业绩效的关系。本文把国际学习划分为管理学习与创业学习两个维度,实证研究结果表明:创业战略态势对创业学习具有显著的正向影响,但对管理学习的影响不显著;创业战略态势对国际创业绩效起到显著的正向影响,然而这种影响的主要因素是受到创业学习的中介调节作用;结论还表明,管理学习虽然在创业战略态势与国际创业绩效之间不具有中介作用,但管理学习对国际创业绩效仍然具有积极的影响。接着本文对研究结果进行了讨论,最后指出了本研究的不足以及为未来的研究方向提出了建议。Based on 136 samples from firms, this paper investigates the relationships among entrepreneurial strategic posture, interna- tional learning attd international entrepreneurial performance. In this paper international learning is measured from two dimensions of management learning and entrepreneurial learning. The empirical study shows that entrepreneurial strategic posture has positive effect on entrepreneurial learning, but which has no positive effect on management learning. Besides, entrepreneurial strategic posture has effect on the international entrepreneurial performance ; however, the main factor of this effect is influenced by the mediating role of en- trepreneurial learning; conclusions also show that, although management does not have the mediating role between the entrepreneurial strategic posture and international entrepreneurial performance, but the management of learning still has a positive effect on the per- formance of international business . Finally the results are discussed and the limitations and implications are addressed.
