摘　　要：血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂是临床上常用的高血压治疗药物。血管紧张素II受体共有4种亚型(AT1、AT2、AT3和AT4),其中AT1受体拮抗剂和AT2受体拮抗剂应用较多。本文对近年发现的具有良好降压效果的AT1受体拮抗剂进行综述,以冀为AT1受体拮抗剂类药物的筛选提供参考。Angiotensin II receptor antagonist is a common antihypertensive. Angiotensin II receptor has 4 subtypes （AT1, AT2, AT3 and AT4）. Among the antagonists of the receptors, the antagonists of AT1 and AT2 are applied more widely than other drugs. This paper reviews some AT1 receptor antagonists which have excellentpharmacological activity, in order to provide a reference for screening of AT1 receptor antagonists drugs.
