摘　　要：L-肉毒碱可减轻乳腺癌辅助治疗药物他莫昔芬的不良反应,降低肿瘤复发和转移风险,改善预后。本文简要综述相关临床应用研究进展。Tamoxifen is widely used in the treatment of breast cancer. However, serious adverse drug reactions （ADRs） limit its clinical use. L-carnitine can reduce tamoxifen ADRs and cancer recurrence risk and improve cancer prognosis. As a result, L-camitine can be used as tamoxifen endocrine adjuvant therapy for the treatment of breast cancer. This review describes the application of L-carnitine into prevention from tamoxifen ADRs in breast cancer treatment.
