摘  要:目的探讨肾脏肿瘤MVD、VEGF的表达及其相关性。方法将28例肾脏肿瘤病例(经手术病理证实21例肾细胞癌、7例良性肿瘤)肿瘤组织进行常规石蜡切片,片厚5μm,采用免疫组织化学SP法进行染色。显微镜下计数VEGF表达阳性细胞和MVD。利用SPSS 13.0统计软件采用t检验和Spearman相关分析法进行统计分析。结果肾细胞癌组织的MVD、VEGF表达均高于良性肾脏肿瘤,有统计学意义。肾细胞癌及肾脏良性肿瘤的MVD与VEGF表达在统计学上呈正相关。结论肾细胞癌血管生成活跃,MVD、VEGF表达与肾细胞癌的生长、转移有密切关系。Objective To discuss the expression of MVD and VEGF in the kidney tumor and its correlation. Methods This study included 28 cases in total which were all proved by pathology (21 cases with renal cell carcinoma, 7 cases with benign kidney tumor). Paraffin sections (5 μm) of the excised tumor were stained with the method of streptavidin peroxidase (SP). The VEGF and MVD of each section were quantified. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 13.0 package with Independent - sample T test and the Spearman correlation method. Results The expressions of MVD and VEGF in the renal cell carcinoma were higher than those in the benign kidney tumor, with statistically significant difference. There are positive correlation between MVD and VEGF in the renal cell carcinoma and the benign kidney tumor. Conclusion The vessel - generation in the renal cell carcinoma is active. The expression of MVD and VEGF is closely related with the growth and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.
