摘 要:为了了解XE65D型挖掘机在各种挖掘工况下大臂和斗杆的受力与变形,发现结构中的薄弱环节,建立了大臂和斗杆的有限元计算模型,通过斗杆液压缸挖掘和铲斗液压缸挖掘2个工况下的计算和分析,掌握了大臂和斗杆的整体力学水平和应力分布,得到了挖掘时大臂和斗杆的变形量,找出了大臂和斗杆的应力集中部位和最大受力点,为挖掘机大臂和斗杆的结构改进提供了重要依据。In order to understand the stress and the deformation of the boom and the bucket rod of XE65D excavator in various excavating modes, so as to identify the weak link, the finite element model of the boom and the bucket rod was established, as well as calculation and analysis were conducted in two operation modes involving excavation of the bucket rod cylinder and excavation of the bucket cylinder. Thus the whole stress status and its distribution of the boom and the bucket rod were obtained, and the deformation of the boom and the bucket rod during excavation was achieved. In addition, the stress concentration location and the maximum stress points of the boom and the bucket rod were identified, which offered important reference for structural improvement of the boom and the bucket rod of the excavator.
