摘 要:以石蜡油(LP)为溶剂配制超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/LP溶液,运用正交设计方法,研究低剪切速率下UHMWPE的黏均相对分子质量(Mη)、溶液浓度和温度对UHMWPE/LP溶液体系黏度特性的影响。结果表明:UHMWPE/LP溶液的黏度随Mη及溶液浓度的增加而增加,随溶液温度的升高而降低;正交试验结果为UHMWPE的浓度对UHMWPE/LP溶液体系的黏度影响最大,Mη次之,在190~220℃下,温度影响较小。Ultrahigh-relative molecular mass polyethylene (UHMWPE)/liquid paraffin (LP) solution was formulated by using LP as the solvent. The effects of the viscous average molecular weight ( Mη) of UHMWPE and the solution concentration and temperature on the viscosity characteristics of UHMWPE/LP solution system were studied by orthogonal design. The results showed that the viscosity of UHMWPE/LP solution was increased with the increase of Mη and the solution concentration and was decreased with the increase of the solution temperature; the UHMWPE concentration had the greatest effect on the viscosity of UHMWPE/LP solution system, Mη took the second place, and the solution temperature had the slightest effect at the range of 190 - 220℃.
