《餐饮服务技术训练》课程教学改革探索——以邢台职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：我国旅游业发展十分迅速,旅游管理专业核心课程改革势在必行。以《餐饮服务技术训练》课程为例,课程改革包括教学内容和教学方法等具体措施。改革取得的效果应当以学生的满意为尺度。Our country＇s tourism is developing very fastly, so core curriculum reform in tourism management specialty is necessary. Taking the food and beverage service technical training courses as an example, the concrete measures of curriculum reform include teaching contents and teaching methods and so forth. The author argues that the effect of the reform should be judged by the students＇ satisfactions.
