摘　　要：侦查监督部门引导侦查机关依法调取证据是检察机关履行法律监督职能的一项重要举措,其对保障法律的正确统一实施,保障案件质量,精准、高效地打击严重犯罪行为具有重要的意义。但是,实践中由于侦查机关调取、补充、完善证据的时效性较差,往往无法适应法定办案期限的要求,致使引导取证效果大打折扣。一直以来,检察机关侦查监督部门对此十分困扰,同时也尝试探索了一些解决对策,比如限时补证(文章中提及的限时补证均指侦查监督环节),取得了一定的效果。The investigation supervision department leads the investigating authorities to obtain evidence is an import.ant measure fur the prosecution organs to fulfill their legal oversight functions, which is of great significance to guarantee the proper and unified implementation of the law, guarantee the quality of case and combat serious crimes accurately and efficiently. However, in practice, because the investigative organs seldom obtain, add or improve the evidence in time, unable to meet the requirements of the statutory deadline for handling, the effect of leading to obtain evidence is greatly reduced. All along, the investigation supervision departments are troubled on that, and try to explore some countermeasures, such as adding evidence before deadline （adding evidence before deadline referred in the paper refers to the link of investigation supervision）, which achieved certain results.
