醒脑开窍针刺法配合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗卒中后动眼神经麻痹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年5月—2013年5月92例卒中后动眼神经麻痹患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组给予醒脑开窍针刺法配合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后相关指标变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率为17.39%,显效率为32.61%,有效率为78.26%;观察组治愈率为28.26%,显效率为41.3%,有效率为93.48%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后眼裂大小、瞳孔大小、眼球运动、复视评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法配合黄芪桂枝五物汤能改善卒中后动眼神经麻痹症状,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture for resuscitation in combination with Decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari and Ramuli Cinnamomi with Five Ingredients on stroke oculomotor nerve palsy. Methods ： Ninety-two patients with stroke oculomotor nerve palsy who were treated in our hospital between May 2010 and May 2013 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 46 c.ases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were given acupuncture fo, resuscitation in combination with Decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari and Ramuli Cinnamomi with Five Ingredients. Then the related indexes changes before and after the treatment of both groups were observed. Results： The healing rate, the remarkable effective rate amt the effective rate of the control group were 17.39% , 32.61% and 78.26% respectively, while those of the observation group were 28.26% , 41.3% , and 93.48% respectively; And the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the differences in crack eye size, pupil size, eye movements and diplopia score had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the differences between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture for resuscitation in combination with Decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari and Ramuli Cinnamomi with Five Ingredients has remarkable clinical curative effect on stroke oculomotor nerve palsy, can improve the patients＇eye nerve paralysis symptoms.
