摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将126例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施情志调养、饮食调护、自我按摩、生活起居等中医护理。结果:观察组的血压控制及并发症控制情况明显优于对照组。结论:对原发性高血压患者实施中医护理,能够有效改善和控制患者血压,提高生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM nursing on primary hypertension. Methods： One hundred and twenty-six patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into the control gxoup and the observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine nursing, while the ones in the observation group were added TCM nursing including emotional regulation, food nursing, self-massage and regulating daily life, etc. Results： The control of blood pressure and complications of the observation group was much better than that of the control group. Conclusion： TCM nursing cart effectively improve and control the blood pressure of patients with primary hyperlension, and improve their survival quality.
