摘  要:通过长期观察在带钢热连轧现场所遇到的液压活套张力闭环在建张初期带钢张力时常发生幅度大、频率高的振荡现象,提出了一种检测带钢张力振荡频率的方法,并通过检测到的振荡频率从而有效衰减张力闭环的增益。通过检测手段及抑制方法可以有效防止机架间建张初期带钢张力的剧烈波动,为厚度、宽度以及板型达到考核指标提供了比较好的前提条件。该算法在某带钢热轧现场投入使用并取得了良好的应用效果。Through observed over a longer period of time on site of hot strip rolling, found at early stage tension built in closed hy- draulic loop often occurred with the phenomenon of large amplitude and high-frequency oscillating, a scheme is put forward that can de- tect the frequency oscillating of strip tension. The frequency oscillating detected was used to decay gain of tension closed-loop efficiently. Through the detection scheme and suppression method, high-frequency oscillating of strip tension set up in machine frame at early stage was effectively prevented, which provided a quite good premise condition for thickness, width and profiles to achieve exam index. The algorithm is put into use in hot strip rolling, and getting good application effect in the scene.
