摘  要:以压缩机控制、联锁复位、时间累积、泵的顺控等4个典型DCS程序为例,阐述了MACS(meet all customers satisfaction)系统在化工实验装置软件设计中的应用;结合实际情况,给出了优化的设计思路和方法,并对具体程序进行了说明。4个程序均在实验装置中进行了验证,运行结果表明,程序简洁高效,能够稳定可靠地达到控制要求。同时,给出的设计思路和设计方法对于其他型号的DCS同样具有借鉴意义。Application of MACS in programming for chemical experimental equipments is expounded with examples of 4 typical ECS programs of compressor control, interlock resets, timer module and sequential control of pump. Optimized ideas and methods for design are put forward according to practical application. Each program is interpreted in detail All of 4 programs are verified in experimental equipments. The experiment results show these programs are concise and efficient. They can reach control requirements with stability and reliability. The proposed design ideas and methods also can be widely used as reference in other types of DCS.
