构建农村自主生产食品安全的保障机制

摘　　要：目前,农村自主生产食品在生产、流通、销售和消费等环节中存在重大的安全隐患,缺少相关法律法规的刚性约束和政府的严格管控。为保障村民的身体健康和生命安全,需要完善我国农村食品安全的法律体系,加大对农村食品安全保护的执法力度;严格落实政府的监管责任,健全农村自主生产食品安全的社会监管体系;培育村民的食品安全意识,使每一个人都成为食品安全的监督者;建立农村自主生产食品安全的保护体系,形成立体结构的食品安全保护机制。Currently, there are significant security risks in production, circulation, sales and consumption of self-produced food in rural areas without rigid constraints from relevant laws and regulations and strict management and control from the government. To protect the health and safety of the villagers, it is necessary to improve China＇s legal system about the rural food safety, strengthen law enforcement, strictly implement the regulatory responsibility of the government, improve the social regulation system of the rural self-produced food security, foster food safety awareness of the villagers so that everyone become food safety supervisors, and establish the protection system of the rural self-produced food safety to form a three-dimensional structure of the food safety protective mechanism.
