摘　　要：目的：探讨直肠癌超低位前切除术的可行性。方法随机选取2011年1月～2012年12月我院收治的距离肛缘4～6 cm的19例直肠癌患者进行超低位前切除术。对其疗效及主要症状进行分析研究。结果全部手术无死亡病例，无局部复发，吻合口狭窄1例，吻合口瘘3例，其他均良好。结论直肠癌超低位前切除术效果良好，可以事半功倍，安全可靠。Objective To study the feasibility of ultra low anterior resection for rectal cancer.Methods Nineteen patients with rectal cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected from January 2011 to December 2012. The efficacy and main symptoms were analyzed.Results There were no deaths,no local recurrence,1 cases of anastomotic stenosis,3 cases of anastomotic leakage,the other were good.ConclusionThe effect of ultra low anterior resection of rectal cancer is good,it can get twice the result with half the effort,safe and reliable.
