直肠前壁修补联合痔上黏膜环切术治疗老年直肠前膨出的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析直肠前壁修补联合痔上黏膜环切术治疗老年直肠前膨出疗效。方法将47例患者分为两组,观察组24例,对照组23例,直肠前壁修补术基础上联合痔上黏膜环切术。结果观察组总有效率95.8%高于对照组总有效率73.9%,P<0.05;并发症对比无差异,P>0.05。结论直肠前壁修补联合痔上黏膜环切术治疗老年直肠前膨出效果确切。Objective To analyze the efficacy of rectal wal repair joint hemorrhoidal mucosa circumcision in treatment of elderly rectal prolapse.Methods 47 patients were divided into 2 groups,24 cases in the reference group of 23 patients rectal wal repair on the basis of a joint hemorrhoidal mucosa circumcision.ResultsThe total effective rate（95.8%）was higher than the reference group（73.9%）,P〈 0.05,complications compared to no significant difference,P〉 0.05.ConclusionRectal wal repair joint hemorrhoid mucosa circumcision treatment of elderly rectal prolapse exact effect.
