超声内镜对恶性胃溃疡的临床诊断分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨研究超声内镜对恶性胃溃疡的临床诊断意义。方法将2013年8月～2015年2月到我院实施诊治的30例疑似恶性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，全部患者均实施超声内镜检查，其中良性溃疡患者通过正规内科治疗以后复查证实，恶性溃疡患者均通过外科手术治疗实施病理检查证实。结果经超声内镜检查诊断，30例疑似恶性胃溃疡患者中有10例为良性，20例为恶性，经和手术病理检查比较，恶性胃溃疡诊断准确率为90.0%。结论应用超声内镜可很好地对良性胃溃疡与恶性胃溃疡进行鉴别诊断，同时借助于超声内镜对恶性胃溃疡进行分期，所获准确性较高，可为手术方案的明确提供相应的参考资料。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant gastric ulcer.Methods From August 2013 to February 2015,30 cases of suspected malignant gastric ulcer patients were as the object of study,al patients underwent endoscopic ultrasonography,which benign ulcer patients after standard medical treatment review confirmed that malignant ulcer patients were through the surgery treatment implementation confirmed by pathological examination.Results By endoscopic ultrasonography diagnosis,30 cases of suspected malignant gastric ulcer patients,10 cases were benign,20 cases were malignant,and surgical pathology compared malignant gastric ulcer diagnosis accuracy was 90.0%.Conclusion Clinical application of endoscopic ultrasonography can be very good to benign gastric ulcer and malignant gastric ulcers in the differential diagnosis of,at the same time with endoscopic ultrasonography of malignant gastric ulcer by stages,and the obtained higher accuracy, operation plan explicitly to provide some references for.
