摘 要:中国白酒起源于元朝以前,兴起于清朝中叶。新中国成立以来,白酒行业经历了数次技术进步,涌现了一批知名品牌,形成了12种香型。目前,中国白酒正在国际化的道路上艰难前行,2015(贵阳)比利时布鲁塞尔国际烈性酒大奖赛或将为中国白酒带来新的机遇。Chinese Baijiu(liquor) originated before Yuan dynasty, and thrived after mid-Qing dynasty. After the founding of the People's Repub-lic of China, Chinese Baijiu(liquor) industry has undergone several periods of technical advance, established many famous brands, and devel-oped 12 flavour types. In recent years, Chinese Baijiu(liquor) industry has been endeavouring to gain international recognition, and the upcom-ing 2015 Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in Guiyang may be a new opportunity for Chinese Baijiu(liquor).
