Objective To investigate the application significance of Transcranial Doppler(TCD) on the acute attack of migraine. MethodsFrom September 2011 to September 2013, 71 cases of migraine l treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 70 cases of non migraine undergoing physical examination at the same period were selected as control group. All patients in two groups received examined by TCD, and the examination results were analyzed. Results The abnormal rate of TCD examination in the observation group was 84.29%, higher than that in the control group(15.71%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). MCA, VAof patients in different age in observation group had significant difference compared with those in control group (P〈0.05). The occurrence rates of blood flow speed increased, normal and slowed down in acute stage of migraine with aura group were 84.85%, 9.09%, 6.06%, respectively. Compared with migraine without aura group, there were no significant difference (P〉0.05).ConclusionTranscranial Doppler ultrasound can not only display the abnormal blood flow of patients with migraine, but can clearly show the changes of artery, having high application value in the clinical diagnosis of acute migraine.
