清气凉营法治疗病毒感染性高热的探讨

摘　　要：病毒感染性高热,主要见于流行性感冒、流行性出血热、流行性乙型脑炎、流行性腮腺炎及腮腺炎脑炎等疾病,其感受温邪疫毒致病,具有较强的流行性、传染性,属于瘟疫范畴。由于感邪深重,故来势凶猛,传变迅速,往往卫分证短暂,迅速传入气分,导致卫气同病证、气营两燔证,因此,认为气营两燔为其病理特征。据此,提出清气凉营法为其基本治疗大法,故研制成清气凉营注射液,用本品治疗病毒感染性高热疾病,明显提高疗效,降低病死率,以往的实验研究表明,本品具有抑制多种流感病毒,流行性出血热病毒等作用,并有调节机体免疫功能作用,增强人体的抗病能力,说明清气凉营注射液是通过祛邪而达到扶正的效果。Hyperpyrexia induced by viral infection belongs to the plague, mainly seen in the diseases such as epidemic hemorrhagic fever,Japanese encephalitis, mumps encephalitis, influenza and so on. It is usually caused by warm and epidemic pathogenic factors, showing strong epidemicity and infectivity. Because of deep sense of toxin,it comes ferociously and the progression is quickly. It often exhibits transient Weifen syndrome, be introduced into Qifen quickly and at last results in syndrome of disease in volving Weifen and Qifen or syndrome of flaring heat in Qifen and Yingfen which is considered to be the pathological feature of viral infections fever. On these grounds,we proposed the Qingqi Liangying method as the basic treatment principle and developed Qingqi Liangying Injection as the symptomatic drug. The treatment efficacy of viral infections febrile diseases was significantly im- proved and the mortality was reduced after Qingqi Liangying Injection was applied. Previous experimental studies had shown the injection was effective in inhibiting a variety of influenza virus, epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus. It also can regulate immune function and enhance the body＇s resistance to disease. In summary, sufferers can strengthen the body resistance by eliminating pathogenic factors with the treatment of Qingqi Liangying Injection.
