摘　　要：从科学数据素养角度剖析国外高校科学数据管理服务,文章调查了14所英美高校科学数据管理服务,从科学数据管理知识、科学数据安全意识、科学数据管理技能三个方面,概括这些高校科学数据管理服务的现状和实践进展,并为国内高校开展科学数据管理提供借鉴,从科学数据素养角度探究国内高校科学数据管理。In order to analyze the research data management （RDM） of foreign universities form a data literacy point of view, the paper makes a survey of the RDM of 14 British and American universities, and discusses the status and progress of it from the aspects of data management knowledge, data security awareness and data management skills, and based on it, explores the platform of RDM services of domestic universities.
