摘 要:目的:探索身体意象、自我效能在舞蹈相关专业学生中的特点及其对学习满意度的效应。方法:对东西部两所大学的舞蹈和体育舞蹈专业共254名大学生进行问卷调查,施测身体意象、学习满意度和自我效能三类量表。结果:学习满意度与身体评价、身体满意度的相关分别为0.31,0.33(P<0.01),与学习自我效能、舞蹈表达自我效能的相关分别为0.45,0.45(P<0.01)。男生的身体评价高于女生(t=2.74,P<0.01),舞蹈系学生在身体评价、自我效能和学习满意度上得分显著高于体育舞蹈专业学生(t=2.00,4.54,2.70,2.77;P<0.05),喀什地区民族学生在除身体关注之外各个变量上得分显著高于山东学生。中介效应检验显示,自我效能完全中介身体意象中的身体满意度对学习满意度的效应(标准化回归系数从显著的0.23降到不显著的0.06),身体评价的回归系数不变。结论:身体意象和自我效能在舞蹈及相关专业学生的学习生活中有着重要作用。Objective: To understand the characteristics of body image and self- efficacy in students with dance related majors,and to explore their effects on learning satisfaction. Methods: 254 students with dance related majors from two universities( one from east and one from west) were sampled in group,and body image,learning satisfaction and self efficacy related measures were administered on them. Results:Learning satisfaction correlated with body evaluation and body satisfaction at 0. 31 and 0. 33,correlated with academic self efficacy and dancing expression self efficacy at 0. 45 and 0. 45( P〈0. 01). Males' body evaluations were significantly high than females'( t = 2. 74,P〈0. 01),students from department of dance had more positive body image than those from major of sports dance( t = 2. 00,4. 54,2. 70,2. 77; P〈0. 05). Students' from Kashi district got higher scores on all the six variables except body orientation than those from Jinan. Body image was significantly correlated with learning satisfaction,and the effect of body image especially body satisfaction on learning satisfaction was mediated by the academic self efficacy and dancing expression self efficacy,the standardized regression coefficient of body satisfaction reduced to0. 06 from 0. 23,while the effect of body evaluation didn 't change. Conclusion: The psychological construct and process of body image and self- efficacy can play an important role in students with dance related majors,and future teaching should consider this point to enhance students' learning satisfaction.
