情绪智力干预对改善医务人员工作心理状况的效果

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨通过情绪智力辅导改善医务人员工作倦怠、工作满意度和生存质量的可行性和有效性。方法:采用随机取样的方法,选取北京市某二甲和某三甲医院各1所,在样本单位通过招募的形式,选取部分医务人员并根据性别和年龄配对组成干预组和对照组。对干预组以结构式团体心理辅导的形式进行情绪智力干预;对照组不给予任何干预。采用自编一般状况调查表、特质情绪智力问卷、马氏工作倦怠量表、工作满意度调查和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表对两组研究对象进行干预前后两次测量,对结果进行χ2检验、t检验和秩和检验等统计分析。结果:经过团体干预后,干预组的情绪智力总分(t=-3.664,P<0.001)、工作倦怠(t=-2.735,P<0.01)、工作满意度(t=-2.959,P<0.01)和生存质量状况均比干预前有所改善,而对照组没有显著性变化。结论:情绪智力团体干预在提高医务人员情绪智力水平、改善工作状况和生存质量方面有一定的效果。Objective： To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of improving the medical staff＇s job burnout,job satisfication and quality of life by emotional intelligence counseling. Methods： Using convenience sampling method,selected a dimethyl hospital and a 3A hospital in Beijing,in the form of recruitment in the sample units,selected the portion of the medical staff and the composition according to gender and age- matched intervention and control groups. The intervention group took emotional intelligence intervention in the form of structured group counseling; Control group was not given any intervention. Used self general condition questionnaire,trait emotional intelligence questionnaire,Markov Maslach Burnout Inventory,Job Satisfaction Survey and the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF study of two groups with two measurements before and after the intervention,analyzed the results by using Chi-square test,t test,Rank test and other statistical analysis methods. Results： After the intervention,the overall emotional intelligence（ t =-3. 664,P〈0. 001）,job burnout（ t =-2. 735,P〈0. 01）,job satisfaction（ t =-2. 959,P〈0. 01） and quality of life in intervention group were higher than those before the intervention,but there were not significant differences in control group. Conclusion： Emotional intelligence community interventions can improve the level of emotional intelligence of medical personnel,working conditions and quality of life.
