摘 要:目的探讨重庆三峡库区现代儿童青少年手腕骨骨龄与生活年龄间的差异。方法选择重庆三峡库区1021例4.0~18.0岁正常儿童青少年的左手腕X线片,其中4.0~8.0岁、16.0~18.0岁以2岁为年龄段,8.0~16.0岁以1岁为年龄段分组,男女各分11个年龄组,根据TW2CH方法对手腕骨评分计算骨龄,并采用统计学方法分析其骨龄与生活年龄的相关性和差异,以及分析骨龄与生活年龄差值的性别差异。结果骨龄与生活年龄呈高度正相关(男性r=0.934、女性r=0.945、总体r=0.939,P值均〈0.01)。男性14.0~18.0岁阶段3个年龄组,女性12.0~13.0岁及15.0~16.0岁2个年龄组共5个年龄组骨龄大于生活年龄,差异有统计学意义。12.0~13.0岁年龄组骨龄与生活年龄差值的性别差异有统计学意义,为女性高于男性。结论重庆三峡库区现代儿童青少年骨龄有其地域性特点,部分年龄段骨龄高于生活年龄,女性生长发育早于男性,12.0~13.0岁年龄段女性出现生长突增。Objective To investigate the differences of the wrist-hand bone age and chronological age of contemporary children and adolescents in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Methods 1021 cases of normal left wrist X-ray of children and adolescents in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area ranged between 4. 0 ~ 18. 0 years old were included,4~ 8 years old and 16 ~ 18 years old cases were grouped by 2 years,8 ~ 16 years old cases were grouped by 1 year,all theMale and female cases Were divided into 11 groups by their age. Hand and wrist bone age score were calculated according to TW2 CH method,The correlation and differences between skeletal age and chronological age were analysed,The gender differences of the differentials between skeletal age and chronological age were also analysed. Results The skeletal age and chronological age was positively correlated( male r = 0. 934,female r = 0. 945,overall r = 0. 939,P 〈 0. 01). In 5group skeletal age was greater than chronological age,differences was statistically significant,including 3 age groups of male ranged between 14. 0 ~ 18. 0 years old,2 age group of female ranged between 12. 0 ~ 13. 0 and 15. 0 ~ 16. 0 years old. The gender differences of the differentials between skeletal age and chronological age was statistically significant in the12. 0 ~ 13. 0 years old age group,female higher than male. Conclusion Bone age of contemporary children and adolescents in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area shows regional characteristics. In some age group skeletal age was higher than chronological age,growth and development of female was early than male,female in 12. 0 ~ 13. 0years old age group appeared growth spurt.
