摘　　要："审丑"与"审美"都是现代美学研究范畴内的重要话题,作为审丑艺术出现的土匪形象不只是一种特殊的审美对象,它唤起人们一种否定性的审美体验。湘西影视剧对土匪形象的艺术构建,从美学角度进行了从审丑到多维审美的理论与实践,侧面展演了湘西的地域文化,宣扬了湘西独特的、美好的形象。＂Ugliness＂ and ＂aesthetic＂ are important topics in the research category of modem aesthetics. As an ugly art, bandit image is not just a special aesthetic object, but can evoke a kind of negative aesthetic experience in people＇s mind. The artistic construction of bandit image in films of West Hunan exemplifies the theory and practice from ugliness to aesthetic, revealing the local culture of West Hunan to a certain degree and making known the unique and beautiful image of West Hunan.
