摘　　要：大学生学习需求的理论依据主要包括需要理论和学习理论。需要理论主要包括马斯洛的需要层次理论、麦格雷戈的自我需要理论和麦克利兰的成就需要理论;学习理论主要有行为主义学习理论、认知主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论和人本主义学习理论等。The rationale for learning need of undergraduates contains need theory and learning theory; the first one comprises Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs, McClelland＇s Gregor＇s self-need theory and McClelland＇s achievement need theory; and the second includes the learning theories of behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism and humanistic psychology, etc.
