摘　　要：建设创新型国家是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键。创新型国家建设的基础在于培养大批创新型人才,创新创业教育是创新人才培养的重要内容。党的十八大报告提出要加强就业和创业教育工作并将创业作为国家战略。2015年政府工作报告进一步强调要把"大众创业、万众创新"打造成推动中国经济继续前行的"双引擎"之一。因此,高校要把深化创新创业教育改革作为推进高等教育综合改革的突破口,以保证全面深化改革顺利进行,推动经济持续健康发展。To construct a innovative country is the core of the national development strategy,whose foundation is to train a large number of innovative talents. Therefore,to enhance employment rate and entrepreneurship education is one of the national strategies proposed in 18th CPC National Congress Report. In the 2015 government work report,＂ starting business and innovation＂ are taken as of one of ＂the double engines＂ for the development of Chinese economy. Therefore, higher education institutes should deepen the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education to guarantee the all around reform and economic development.
