摘　　要：上颌侧切牙多为1根1根管,2根2根管者较罕见。现报道1例2根2根管上颌侧切牙成功进行显微根管治疗。Maxillary lateral incisors generally have one root and one root canal. The incidence of two roots and two canals in one maxillary lateral incisor is rare. This paper reports a case of one maxillary lateral incisor with two roots and two canals. This case was treated successfully under a dental operating microscope.
