高学历农业人才在基层单位的状况和心理调适

摘　　要：文章以地市级农业科研单位的高学历农业人才为对象,初步分析了他们的生活工作状况,剖析了他们目前的心理状态,提出了高学历农业人才应该克服自卑心理,正确处理理想与现实的关系、学历与阅历的关系和大事与小事的关系,提高实践能力等自我调适的建议,以期为基层农业单位的管理人员和高学历农业人才提供有益的参考。In this paper, employees of highly educated talents in the municipal agricultural scientific institute were taken as the object anti their work and live conditions were primarily analyzed. After their psychological state analyzed, suggestions of self-adaptation were put forward, such as the qualified talents should overcome their sense of inferiority, properly handle the relationship between ideal and reality, degree and experiences, great things and little things, raise their practical ability, etc. The purpose is to provide a reference for highly educated agricultural talents and managers of basic agricultural units.
