摘 要:目的研究使用电动牙刷刷牙对窝洞暂封材料边缘微渗漏的影响。方法将60颗人离体前磨牙随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组20颗。所有离体牙冠制备直径3mm、深5mm圆柱形Ⅰ类洞,使用Caviton暂封材充填窝洞,5℃/55℃冷热循环60次。A组为对照组,不进行特殊处理,B组使用高露洁360全面口腔清洁牙刷往复刷洗10min,C组使用Sonicare HX9332声波震动型电动牙刷连续刷洗10min。各组标本置于2%亚甲基蓝溶液中,37℃恒温浸泡96h后,沿牙冠长轴纵向片切,使用根管显微镜观察并测量染色剂渗入深度。使用Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验进行统计学分析。结果3组暂封材料边缘微渗漏情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于Caviton暂封材,声波震动型电动牙刷刷牙与手动牙刷刷牙对于充填体边缘密合性并无显著影响。Objective To study the influence of electric toothbrush for the microleakage of tempo- rary restorative materal. Methods Sixty premolars extracted from human were randomly divided into 3 groups (group A, group B and group C), 20 in each group. Diameter 3ram, deep 5ram cy- lindrical cavities were prepared in occlusal table, filled with Caviton temporary restorative mater- al. And they were cycled thermally(5℃/55℃, 60 times). The teeth in group A with no treat- ment were the control group. The teeth in group B were brushed for 10min by Colgate 360 tooth- brush, and the teeth in group C were brushed for 10rain by Sonicare HX9332 electric toothbrush. All of teeth were separately placed into 2% methylene blue solution for 96h. Later those teeth were cut along the long axis of tooth. Root canal microscope was used to observe the condition of their penetration. Statistical analysis was done using Kruskal-Wallis test. Results There was no significant difference among the 3 groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion For Caviton temporary restora- tive materal, there was no significant different influence for the microleakage between using elec- tric toothbrush and manual toothbrush.
