15例下泪小点息肉手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗下泪小点息肉的临床效果。方法选择我院确诊为下泪小点息肉的患者15例(15眼)作为研究对象,对15眼下泪小点息肉施行下泪点重建术,伴有下泪小管狭窄的6例(6眼)术中联合植入RS型泪道再通管术。结果植入泪道再通管的患者2月后拔管,15例患者中治愈14眼,显效1眼,随访3月至1年,均无复发。结论下泪点重建术治疗下泪小点息肉简单易行,对于下泪小管狭窄联合RS型泪道再通管植入,效果确切。Objective To investigate clinical effect of operation therapy of 15 cases polypus of lower lacrimal punctum. Methods Totally 15 eyes of 15 patients with polypus of lower lacrimal punc- tum in our hospital were enrolled in this research. All of them accepted lacrimal puncture recon- struction. Six eyes of six patients with stenosis of lacrimal canaliculus underwent lacrimal punc- ture reconstruction combined with implantation of RS type disposable recanalization tube. Results The RS type disposable recanalization tube in 6 eyes was extubated 2 months after operation. Af- ter 3 months to 1 year follow-up, 14 eyes were cured and 1 eye improved without any relapse. Conclusion Treatment of polypus of lower lacrimal punctum by means of lower lacrimal puncture re- construction is a favorable method and the operation is simple. The therapy of treatment of polypus of lower lacrimal puncture with stenosis of lacrimal canaliculus by means of lacrimal punctum reconstruction combined with implantation of RS type disposable recanalization tube is affirmative.
