项目型节能服务业上市公司经营绩效评价——基于因子分析法视角

摘　　要：以我国26家节能服务业上市公司为研究对象,利用其2012年的指标数据,运用因子分析法,构建了包括9项指标的项目型节能服务业上市公司经营绩效评价指标体系,对其2012年的经营绩效进行评价研究。研究结果表明:偿债能力和盈利能力在我国节能服务业上市公司经营绩效中所占的比重较大,2012年我国节能服务业上市公司整体经营绩效较低,且发展水平参差不齐。针对上述现状,提出拓宽融资渠道、加大研发投入、发挥政策引导作用的建议。Building the project includes nine indicators of energy-saving services listed company operating performance evaluation sys tern, energy-saving services to our 26 listed companies as the research object, using its index data in 2012, the use of factor analysis, its 2012 study to evaluate operating performance. The results show that the solvency and profitability of listed com- panies in China＇s energy services business performance in a larger proportion, in 2012 China＇s energy services lower overall operating performance of listed companies, and the level of development is uneven. For the above situation, we propose to broaden the financing channels, increase R ＆ D investment, to play the role of policy guidance is recommended.
