摘  要:目的评价低剂量CT扫描技术与扫描图像质量关系,探讨低剂量CT扫描在骨盆骨折中的应用价值。方法应用不同组别的低剂量CT扫描技术对65例骨盆骨折患者进行CT扫描,对图像质量结果进行分析与评价,观察对比图像中组织结构的显示差异,以及对剂量的统计并计算出相应患者体质量指数(BMI),进行对照。结果保证图像质量满足诊断基础上,CT扫描剂量与患者BMI呈正相关,低剂量CT扫描的剂量指数(CTDIvol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)明显低于常规剂量扫描组。结论 BMI对骨盆骨折患者选取不同组别低剂量CT扫描方式有重要参考价值,既不影响图像质量,又有利于患者的辐射防护,对临床工作和患者意义巨大。Objective To evaluate low-dose CT scanning technology and quality of scan images,discuss the application of low dose CT scanning in pelvic fractures. Methods The different groups of low dose CT scanning technology to CT scans of 65 cases of patients with pelvic fractures,carries on the analysis and evaluation,the result of the image quality differences in contrast of the image structure display,as well as to the dose of body mass index,statistical and calculate the corresponding patients were compared. Results Based on image quality satisfy diagnosis,CT scanning dose and patients was closely relative to body mass index,low dose CT dose index CTDIvol and product of the length of the DLP dose was lower than that in group routine dose scanning. Conclusion The body mass index in patients with pelvic fractures to select different groups have important reference value to low dose CT scanning way,does not affect the image quality,but also to radiation protection of the patients,patients with clinical and enormous significance.
