摘 要:主要对A357铝合金的正交切削加工过程在有限元软件Abaqus中进行了有限元仿真。有限元仿真所用材料的本构模型为Johnson-Cook模型,其本构模型参数通过Hopkinson杆冲击实验获得。通过改变仿真的切削速度和切削深度,观察刀具所受到的力和零件最终加工表面质量,最终通过比较对切削速度和切削深度进行优化,并用其得到的数据对实际加工过程进行指导,最终加工结果表明采用有限元仿真所提供的切削参数能明显提高加工质量,进一步说明有限元仿真对实际加工具有重要意义。The finite element simulation of A357 orthogonal cutting was done based on the software of Abaqus. Johnson-Cook constitutive model was chosen for the part, the constitutive model parameters were got based on the Hopkinson experiment. The cutting forces and surface qualities were observed based on different cutting velocities and depths of cut. At last, the cutting velocity and depth of cut for the best surface quality was chosen, and the experiment was done with the guidance of the FEM ( finite element model) model, and last, it can prove that surface property of the machined workpiece can be improved effectively with the cutting parameters provided by the FEM model, so it can be concluded that the FEM simulation can provide significant guidance to the machining process in practice.
