摘 要:研究了不同化学预处理条件对APMP废液中木素和糖类物质浓度的影响。结果表明,化学预处理过程中化学药剂Na OH用量、H2O2用量和Na2Si O3用量对化学预处理废液中木素和糖类物质浓度的变化有不同影响,影响程度由大到小依次为Na OH用量>H2O2用量>Na2Si O3用量,其中Na OH用量和H2O2用量对木素和糖类物质浓度的变化有重要影响,Na2Si O3用量无明显影响。化学预处理温度对化学预处理废液中木素和糖类物质浓度的影响程度明显大于化学预处理时间。在化学预处理过程中,Na OH用量、H2O2用量和化学预处理温度是影响杨木APMP制浆化学预处理废液中木素和糖类物质浓度的重要因素。The main components of the dissolved organics in chemical pretreatment waste liquor of poplar APMP pulping are small molecular weight lignin and oligosaccharides. The variation of lignin and oligosaccharides concentration in the pretreatment waste liquor under different chemicat pretreatment conditions was analyzed by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The experimental results showed that effects of NaOH, H2O2 and Na2 SiO3 dosage on lignin and oligosaccharides concentration in the waste liguor were different. The impact degree was ranked as follows : NaOH dosage 〉 H2O2 dosage 〉 Na^SiO3 dosage, in which the dosages of NaOH and H2O2 had important impact on lignin and oligo- saccharides concentration, and Na2 SiO3 dosage had slightly effect. Effect of chemical pretreatment temperature was greater than that of pre- treatment time. In the chemical pretreatment process, NaOH dosage, H2O2 dosage and treating temperature were the important factors. Key words : poplar APMP; chemical pretreatment effluent; lignin; oligosaccharides
