摘　　要：移动互联网时代的到来,人们对智能终端的需求越来越高,实现藏文智能终端的信息化是藏族的人民迫切愿望。文中针对藏文的文本特征,藏文的编码标准,通过研究Android平台的特点及Android平台输入法框架原理,以及Android平台下实现藏文输入的关键技术,设计并实现了一个Android平台下的藏文输入法。The mobile Internet era has arrived, people demand more and more intelligent terminals, and implementation a Tibetan intelligent terminal is the urgent desire of the people of Tibetan. This article based on the Tibetan text Feature and coding standards, studied the feature of android system and input method framework, and the key technology to realized a Tibetan input method on android.Finally, designed and realized a Tibetan input method under the android platform.
