大学生情绪智力在成人依恋与孤独感间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的：考察大学生成人依恋与孤独感的关系,以及情绪智力在其中的中介作用。方法：选取457名大学生[男生205名,女生252名;来自城市231人,来自农村226人;年龄15~24岁,平均年龄（20±2）岁],采用亲密关系经历量表（ECR）、情绪智力量表（EIS）及UCLA孤独感量表（UCLALS）分别测量其成人依恋、情绪智力及孤独感的水平。结果：女生的EIS评估自我情绪和评估他人情绪维度得分均高于男生,农村大学生的UCLALS得分高于城市大学生（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。依恋焦虑既直接预测孤独感（β=0.38,P〈0.01）,又通过情绪智力间接预测孤独感（β=0.33,P〈0.01）,中介效应占总效应的比例是12.3%;依恋回避既直接预测孤独感（β=0.45,P〈0.01）,又通过情绪智力间接预测孤独感（β=0.39,P〈0.01）,中介效应占总效应的比例是13.2%。结论：大学生孤独感与成人依恋、情绪智力密切相关,情绪智力在成人依恋与孤独感之间起部分中介作用。Objective： To explore the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness, and examine whether emotional intelligence served as a mediator in the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness. Methods： Totally 457 college students [205 males, 252 females; 231 from urban areas, 226 from rural areas;age from 15 to 24, mean age （20 ± 2）] were surveyed with the Experiences in Close Relationship inventory （ECR）, Emotional Intelligence Scale （EIS） and UCLA Loneliness Scale （UCLALS） to measure their adult attachment, emotional intelligence and loneliness. Results： The EIS scores of emotion appraisals and self-emotion appaisals were higher in female studets than in male students, the UCLALS scores were higher in rural students than in urban students （Ps 〈 0. 05）. Attachment anxiety could not only predict loneliness directly （β=0. 38, P 〈 0. 01 ）, but also by the mediating effect of emotional intelligence indirectly （β= 0. 33, P 〈 0. 01）, in which the intermediary effect ratio was 12. 3%. Attachment avoidance could not only predict loneliness directly （β =0. 45, P 〈0.01）, but also by the mediating effect of emotional intelligence indirectly （β = 0. 39, P 〈 0. 01）, in which the intermediary effect ratio was 13.2%. Conclusion： This study shows that the loneliness may be closely related to adult attachment and emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence played a partial mediating role in adult attachment and loneli- ness.
