湖北省大学生植物学实验技能竞赛结果分析

摘　　要：为加强大学生生物实验教学,湖北省自2010年始每2年举行一次生物学实验技能竞赛,其中植物学实验技能为竞赛项目之一。本届植物学竞赛结果显示:学生在显微镜使用、花结构解剖、花程式、生物绘图、石蜡切片和徒手切片等基本操作技能比较熟练,得分率在70%以上,而植物茎结构轮廓简图绘制技能相对较弱,得分率不到60%,在检索表使用方面的能力最弱,得分率只有34%。因此,今后在植物学教学中,应加强生物绘图的训练,更要加强传授学生使用植物检索表等分类知识的学习和应用。In order to strengthened biology experiment teaching in universities,the biology experiment skills competition is held every two years since 2010 in Hubei Province. In the competition,botany skill is one of competition items. The result of botany skills competition in last year showed,the student mastered the basic skills in microscopy,dissection of flower structure,floral formula,biological plot,paraffin section and freehand section,the rate of score was more than70%. The biological diagram drawing skills were relatively weaker,the rate of score was less than 60%,the weakest item was plant retrieval table using,it served to only 34%. Therefore,in the future experiment teaching,teacher should strengthen the training of the biological plot,teach the students to use plant retrieval table,and master the knowledge about plant taxonomy.
