摘 要:分析了雷达技术基础实验教学中存在的教学内容与技术发展相脱节、重实装教学轻实验教学、实验计划不考虑差异性和实验考核方式不科学等问题。在差异性原则的基础上,将雷达技术基础实验划分为演示性实验、交互性实验和开放性实验三种层次,并构建硬件与软件相结合、传统实验与新技术实验相结合、概括性实验与类实装实验相结合的实验平台。最后,从逐步取消实验课对原理课的依附关系、选择性开放实验室、多类型配备实验室人员、分层次的实验考核等四个方面,探索了实验室日常教学的组织与管理。The existing problems of laboratory and experiment teaching are analyzed,such as the content of courses is divorced from the development of radar technology,the real equipment-based teaching is much more important than the experiment teaching,the experimental plans ignore the diversity,and the evaluation mode is unscientific. Under the principle of diversity,the basic experiments about radar technology are classified into three levels: demonstrating experiment,interactive experiment and opening experiments. The radar principle experimental teaching platforms are constructed by using both software and hardware methods. Those experimental teaching platforms involve both traditional radar technology and new radar technology,and some are for general experiments while others are originated from the engineering radar system. Lastly,the teaching organization and management are discussed as follows: phaseing out the attachment relationship from the practice course to the principle course,opening the laboratory selectively,engaging three types of laboratory technicians to undertake different teaching and management affairs,assessing the practice ability hierarchically.
