摘　　要：通过分析目前高校仪器设备管理工作普遍存在的实际问题,提出新的管理思路和管理办法,实施"实名制"管理体系,建立"动态化"信息管理系统。文章还对管理软件的设计思路、功能结构、技术架构、技术创新、应用效果做出介绍。In this study,the current difficulties and problems of the equipments administrating systems in universities will be analyzed,and novel approaches and ideas will be put forward accordingly. It includes the real-name registration system and establishment of dynamic information administration system. In addition,we will also introduce the design,functions and technical structure,technical innovation and application effects in details.
