双相障碍患者家庭功能对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双相障碍(BD)患者的家庭功能。方法:使用家庭亲密度与适应性问卷(FACES)及家庭功能问卷(FAD)对67例BD患者(BD组)及101名正常对照者(NC组)进行比较。结果:两组FACES评分差异无统计学意义;BD组FAD中情感卷入维度评分[(2.35±0.46)分]明显高于NC组[(2.20±0.42)分,P<0.05]。结论:BD患者的家庭功能缺陷体现在情感卷入上。Objective： To study the family functioning in patients with bipolar disorder（ BD）.Method： The family adaptability and cohesion scale（ FACES） and the family assessment device（ FAD） were used to assess 67 BD patients（ BD group） and 101 normal controls（ NCl group）,and the results were compared. Results： The scores of FACES showed no statistical difference between the BD group and NC group.The score of affective involvement of FAD in the BD group（ 2. 35 ± 0. 46） was significantly higher than the NC group（ 2. 20 ± 0. 42）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： There is family functioning deficits in BD patients; and the affective involvement showed dysfunctional patterns.
