枳术宽中胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病50例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察枳术宽中胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:将100例患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。2组均采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片,观察组口服枳术宽中胶囊,2组疗程均为8周。治疗前后进行胃食管反流病问卷(Gerd Q)、SF-36健康量表和脾虚气滞证评分。结果:胃镜下炎症疗效观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效观察组总有效率为98.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、精神健康、社会功能及情感职能8个维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组Gerd Q评分和脾虚气滞证评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:枳术宽中胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗GERD能减轻患者的临床症状、体征,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。Objective： To observe curative efficacy of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD） and its influence to quality of life. Methods： One hundred patients with GERD were randomly divided into the control group （50 cases） and the observation group （50 cases） by random number table. Both groups received rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets. Patients in the control group received mosapride citrate tablets. Patients in the observation group received Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules. Course of treatment in two groups were both 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the scores of gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire （GerdQ）, health inventory of SF-36 and deficiency of spleen and stagnation of qi were graded. Results： The total effective rate of inflammation curative effect under gastroscope was 96.0% in the observation group, and was 80.0% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was 98.0% in the observation group, and was 80.0% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05）. The eight-dimension scores of SF-36 scale, physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, life energy, mental health, social function and emotional function in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. The scores of GerdQ and spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with rabeprazole can reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of GERD patients, enhance quality of life. Its clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine treatment alone.
