摘 要:目的:通过轮状病毒SA11株感染乳鼠为实验模型,研究七味白术散对肠道s Ig A、血清IFN-γ及小肠黏膜病理改变的影响,探讨其对小肠黏膜的保护作用。方法:给予灌胃病毒液的模型乳鼠连续灌胃七味白术散、病毒唑及生理盐水。采集血清及小肠标本,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测乳鼠肠道s Ig A、血清IFN-γ的含量,对乳鼠空肠段做石蜡切片HE染色观察病理改变。结果:七味白术散组和病毒唑组乳鼠腹泻天数较少,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。七味白术散组和病毒唑组病毒清除率均为100%,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。七味白术散组和病毒唑组小肠黏液s Ig A较高,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。七味白术散组和病毒唑组IFN-γ升高,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常组小肠黏膜未见病理改变。模型组黏膜下层可见明显的炎性细胞浸润,黏膜上皮细胞有少量坏死脱落,肌层可见明显的肿胀。病毒唑组可见黏膜下层结构疏松,稍许水肿,黏膜层上皮细胞未发现明显病理改变;肌层间些许肿胀,可见空染的区域和炎性细胞浸润。七味白术散组小肠黏膜结构正常,未见明显病理改变。结论:七味白术散能加快对病毒的清除,改善腹泻症状,减轻对小肠黏膜的损害。Objective:To study the effectof Qiwei Baizhu san on sIgA,serum interferon gam m a(IFN-γ) and smallintestinal mucosal pathology of suckling mice infected by SA 11 rotavirus, and to explore the protective effect for the small intestinal mucosa. Methods:Suckling mice infected by Virus solution orally,were intragastric adm inistered Qiwei Baizhu san,ribavirin and saline respectively. Serum and intestinalsam ples were collected to detectintestinals Ig A,and serum IFN-γ by ELISA,jejunum pathological changes by H E staining. Results:The diarrhea days of Qiwei Baizhu san group and ribavirin group were fewer than those in the model group(P<0.05). The virus clearance rate was 100% in Qiwei Baizhu san group and ribavirin group,and was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05). The intestinal mucous sIgA and serum IFN-γ in the Qiwei Baizhu san group and ribavirin group were higher than those in the model group,the differences being significant(P<0.05). There was no pathological changes in the intestinalmucosa in norm algroup. There was obvious inflam m atory infiltration,and smallnecrosis and loss ofthe mucous epithelium, muscle swelling in the m odel group. Ribavirin group showed loose structure and slight edema in submucosal,mucosa epithelial cells without obvious pathological changes. There were som e swelling between the muscles,visible air stained area and inflam m atory cell infiltration in the ribavirin group. Qiwei Baizhu san group showed norm al intestinal mucosa, no obvious pathological changes. Conclusion: Qiwei Baizhu san can accelerate the rem oval of virus, im prove the symptom s ofdiarrhea,reduce the dam age ofthe sm allintestinalmucosa.
