胃印戒细胞癌组织中ER、PR表达及与生物学特征关系的研究

摘　　要：探讨胃印戒细胞癌组织中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的病理表达以及生物学特征关系。选取扬中市人民医院2011年10月至2014年10月收治的60例胃印戒细胞癌患者作为研究对象,分别获取病患的肿瘤组织,并开展免疫组化检验,记录ERα、ERβ与PR临床表达,再分析其生物学特征关系。结果表明:本组样本的胃癌细胞组织中ERα与PR阳性表达均显著高于癌旁正常组织,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ERβ在胃癌细胞与正常组织中的表达情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);3项指标同病患性别、年龄、病灶位置、肿瘤直径及浸润深度等情况未见明显相关性(P>0.05),但各项指标同病患肿瘤分型与淋巴结转移情况存在密切相关性(P<0.05)。由此可见:ER、PR表达情况与胃印戒细胞癌的发生存在密切关联,可依据激素依赖性原理给予治疗措施,为临床提供了新的治疗思路。Objective： To investigate the estrogen receptor （ER）, progesterone receptor （PR） in signet ring cell carcinoma and the relationship between the biological characteristics. Methods： 60 cases of signet call carcinoma patients in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2014 were selected, and their tumor tissues were obtained, and the conducted immunohistochemical examination, ERα, ERβ and clinical expression of PR were recorded, and the relationship of biological characteristics were analyzed. Results ： Both the ERα and PR expression in signet ring cell carcinoma of the samples are sig nificantly higher than those of adjacent normal tissue, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there is no statistical significance in gastric cancer cells and normal tissues situation ERβ （P 〉 0.05 ）. Patients with three indicators of gender, age, tumor location, tumor size and depth of invasion is no sig- nificant correlation （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the indicators in patients with lymph node metastasis, tumor type and the presence of a close correlation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ER, PR expression and the presence of signet ring cell carcinoma is closely linked, and giving treatment based on the principles of hor- mone-dependent may offer a new treatment for clinical thinking.
